1 Family 1 Fight Raffle Contest Rules and Details

How To Enter

Eligibility: You can buy as many tickets as you want, as long as you’re 18+ and from the US of A.  

Entry Method:  $10 donation will earn you one entry.  This will be eligible on receipt of donation to Heavy Hitters Project.  The number of entries is unlimited!  There will be a total of 8 drawings!

Entry Period:  Entries can start as soon as May 31st and ends June 1st.

Prizes!

The first of eight drawings will be for a nice leather bound journal from our very own Communications Director, Beth Elton Associate Marriage and Family Therapist 

Hi! I believe in the power of words to ground us and gently guide us forward. This journal holds a few handwritten affirmations from me, they are just small reminders of your strength and worth. I’m grateful to offer it in support of the Heavy Hitters Project.

The second drawing winner will receive a bag of the wonderfully delicious Honor Guard Coffee: Heavy Hitters Columbian Coffee

Drawings three through eight will feature a prize pack that contains 6 stickers, 3 poker chips and a pair of your very own HHP Socks!

Contest Details

  1. Winner Selection: Each entry will be put into a literal hat and selected at random by Rob Heavilin (HHP CEO), we will have a total of 6 drawings.  The winners will be announced in the early morning on Twitch, at the end of the fundraiser live stream on June 1st

  2. Notification of Winners: If they winner is not present at the drawing they will be contacted using discord and/or phone/number 

  3. Claiming Prizes:  If you are a winner you will have up until June 15th to claim your prize by contacting Heavy Hitters Project through their any one of their socials or the website. 

  4. Privacy: You have our promise that your privacy is of our utmost importance and your information will not be sold, shared, or transferred anywhere outside of Heavy Hitters Project

  5. Disqualification:  Providing false information or attempting to manipulate the results will end in disqualification.  

  6. Terms and Conditions: only good for this raffle
